My story

Hi, I'm Khrystyna.

Photography, for me, is about noticing what often goes unseen.

The quiet moments. Honest connection. The beauty of life as it unfolds.

I believe those are the moments worth remembering.

Before moving to the Netherlands, I worked as a police officer in Ukraine for eight years.

In 2022, because of the war, my dog Harry and I started a new chapter here.

Photography became a way to reconnect with people, discover a new country and tell stories with empathy, curiosity and care.

Today I photograph families, everyday life and meaningful projects.

I don't ask people to perform.

I simply create space for them to be themselves.

I studied at the Kyiv Photography School and continue to grow with every story I have the privilege to document.

I speak English and basic Dutch (A2).

What matters most is making you feel comfortable, understood and free to be yourself.
